This policy applies to our website at apeworkslab.com and to our published products: Shorebound (Steam), Pool Blitz (App Store), and Orbit Jump (App Store).

Website visitors. When you visit apeworkslab.com we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, and pages visited. We do not operate newsletter sign-ups or contact forms — the only way to contact us is via email.

Email correspondence. If you email us we retain that correspondence, including your email address and any information you choose to include.

Our applications and games. Our mobile apps (Pool Blitz, Orbit Jump) are distributed through the Apple App Store and our PC game (Shorebound) through Steam. Within our products we may collect:

• Device identifiers and operating system version
• Gameplay session data and feature usage
• Crash reports and diagnostic logs
• In-app purchase history (processed and stored by Apple or Steam)

We do not collect your name, physical address, or payment information directly. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and Valve.
